The Franke Smart Kitchen Sink 48 x 43 cm SRX 110-45 Stainless Steel is a smart workstation kitchen sink with an integrated tap from Franke — Smart, Franke's practical inset range. External size 48 × 43 cm, model SRX 110-45. It is a complete washing station: a deep main bowl with stepped ledges that carry the supplied colander and accessories, an integrated tap with a waterfall outlet and a pull-out spray, a cup rinser for glasses and bottles — everything that normally needs three separate holes, built into one sink.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel, brushed to a satin finish that hides scratches and water marks. Sound-deadening pads on the underside cut the drumming of running water, and the waste outlet is the standard 3½″ (90 mm) basket strainer, included. The tap, cup rinser and soap dispenser are factory-fitted; the tap connects with ½″ hoses and the cup rinser to the cold supply.

Wipe it dry after use and avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach — that is the whole maintenance routine, in Egyptian hard water or any other. Give the stone fabricator the cut-out template and specify a 1–2 mm reveal; it needs a solid counter (marble, granite, quartz or solid surface). Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Franke product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Franke or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; scratches, staining or corrosion caused by steel wool, chlorine bleach, acidic cleaners or items left standing on the surface; damage from water quality outside the stated tolerances; normal wear of consumable parts such as strainers, seals and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Rinse and dry the sink after use, avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach, and do not leave wet cast-iron pans or citrus standing on the surface.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
