Franke Urban Kitchen Mixer with Pull-Out Spray

The Franke Urban Kitchen Mixer with Pull-Out Spray is a pull-out kitchen mixer from Franke's Urban range (Franke's contemporary square-edged range). The spray head pulls out of the spout on a flexible hose, so you can rinse the far corners of the sink, fill tall pots on the worktop and wash vegetables without lifting them. Available in onyx and oatmeal.

Inside is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, and the outside is a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It mounts through a single sink or worktop hole and connects with standard ½″ flexible hoses. The hose runs inside the spout and retracts with a counterweight; the spray head switches between a steady stream and a rinse spray. An aerator at the outlet softens the stream and unscrews for descaling.

Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Check the clearance above the sink: pull-out and spring mixers need free height for the spout, and a window sill directly behind the sink should be at least as high as the spout. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Franke product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Franke or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
