The Duravit Modena Wall mounted single lever kitchen mixer is a wall-mounted kitchen mixer from Duravit's Modena range (a slim body with a flat lever and a square spout). Mounting on the wall keeps the sink deck completely clear — ideal when the sink has no tap hole or the window sill sits directly behind it. Finished in chrome.

Inside is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, and the outside is a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It connects to G½ wall outlets at the standard spacing, so it drops onto a conventional Egyptian wall installation. An aerator at the outlet softens the stream and unscrews for descaling.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Specify the outlet positions before tiling; the mixer sits 20–30 cm above the sink rim for comfortable pot filling. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Delivery & Returns

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
