The Franke Smart Kitchen Sink 76 x 45 cm SRX 120-34-34 Stainless Steel is a smart workstation kitchen sink with an integrated tap from Franke — Smart, Franke's practical inset range. External size 76 × 45 cm, model SRX 120-34-34. It is a complete washing station: a deep main bowl with stepped ledges that carry the supplied colander and accessories, an integrated tap with a waterfall outlet and a pull-out spray, a cup rinser for glasses and bottles — everything that normally needs three separate holes, built into one sink.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel, brushed to a satin finish that hides scratches and water marks. Sound-deadening pads on the underside cut the drumming of running water, and the waste outlet is the standard 3½″ (90 mm) basket strainer, included. The tap, cup rinser and soap dispenser are factory-fitted; the tap connects with ½″ hoses and the cup rinser to the cold supply.

Hard water leaves spots on any steel; a quick rinse and a wipe after washing up keeps the surface spotless, and the sink needs nothing more than dish soap. Give the stone fabricator the cut-out template and specify a 1–2 mm reveal; it needs a solid counter (marble, granite, quartz or solid surface). Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Franke product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Franke or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; scratches, staining or corrosion caused by steel wool, chlorine bleach, acidic cleaners or items left standing on the surface; damage from water quality outside the stated tolerances; normal wear of consumable parts such as strainers, seals and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Rinse and dry the sink after use, avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach, and do not leave wet cast-iron pans or citrus standing on the surface.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
