The Franke Maris Kitchen Sink 53 x 51 cm MRX 210-50 Stainless Steel is an inset stainless-steel kitchen sink from Franke — Maris, Franke's contemporary bestseller with tight-radius bowls. External size 53 × 51 cm, model MRX 210-50. It is designed for all three installation methods — inset on the worktop, flush-mounted level with it, or undermounted beneath a stone counter — so the same sink suits any kitchen.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel, brushed to a satin finish that hides scratches and water marks. Sound-deadening pads on the underside cut the drumming of running water, and the waste outlet is the standard 3½″ (90 mm) basket strainer, included.

Wipe it dry after use and avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach — that is the whole maintenance routine, in Egyptian hard water or any other. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Franke product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Franke or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; scratches, staining or corrosion caused by steel wool, chlorine bleach, acidic cleaners or items left standing on the surface; damage from water quality outside the stated tolerances; normal wear of consumable parts such as strainers, seals and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Rinse and dry the sink after use, avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach, and do not leave wet cast-iron pans or citrus standing on the surface.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
