The Duravit Happy D.2 Undercounter Basin without Overflow, No Tap Hole is an undercounter basin from Duravit's Happy D.2 range (the soft rectangle of Sieger Design's Happy D.2). It is glued beneath a stone or solid-surface counter, so the counter runs clean over the rim and water wipes straight into the bowl. Size: 52 × 38.5 cm. Finished in white.

The basin is Duravit sanitary ceramic with a hard, non-porous glaze, so it resists stains, scratches and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It has no tap hole and no overflow: pair it with a wall-mounted or high-neck mixer and a free-flow waste. The waste outlet is the standard 1¼″, so any pop-up or click-clack waste and any trap fits.

Hard mains water marks cheap ceramics; this glaze sheds limescale with ordinary bathroom cleaner and keeps its gloss for years. Leave the counter cut-out to the stone fabricator with the basin template, and seal the rim with silicone. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; chips or cracks caused after delivery or during installation by others; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from aggressive or abrasive cleaners; limescale where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seat hinges, buffers, seals and flush mechanisms; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Inspect the ceramic on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos. Clean with non-abrasive bathroom cleaners only.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
