The Duravit Aqua Single lever basin mixer XL is a high-neck basin mixer for countertop washbowls from Duravit's Aqua range (a slim cylinder with a flat lever and a straight spout). Its raised spout clears the rim of a sit-on washbowl, so the water lands in the centre of the bowl instead of splashing against the near wall. Finished in chrome.
Underneath the finish is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years. The surface is a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It mounts through a single hole in the basin or deck and connects with standard ½″ flexible hoses; an aerator at the spout tip gives a soft, splash-free stream and unscrews in seconds for descaling. Duravit lists the spout height as 25 cm.
Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Pair it with a countertop washbowl 10–15 cm high; check that the spout outlet clears the rim and lands near the bowl's centre. Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.
