The Duravit Electronic mixer is a sensor-operated basin tap from Duravit: hold your hands under the spout and the water runs, take them away and it stops. No lever to touch means less contamination and no tap left running — which is why electronic taps are the standard in clinics, offices and hotel washrooms. Finished in chrome.

A solid brass body under a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass houses an infrared sensor and a solenoid valve; the temperature is pre-set at the under-basin mixing unit. It mounts through a single tap hole, connects with ½″ flexible hoses and runs from the supplied power source (check the listing for battery or mains operation).

Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Fit a filter on the supply to protect the solenoid valve, and keep the electronics accessible for service. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure, water quality or electrical supply outside the stated tolerances; water ingress into electronic parts caused by incorrect installation; limescale where the product has not been maintained as instructed; normal wear of consumables such as batteries, seals, aerators and filters; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Install exactly as the manual describes, keep the electronic unit and connections dry, and use only the supplied power source.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
