The Shon Bidet Mixer is a wall-mounted bidet mixer with a hand spray (shattaf) from Lutz's Shon range (a flat rectangular body with a high C-arch spout and a flat lever). It mixes hot and cold water for the shattaf beside the toilet, so the spray is comfortable in winter instead of ice-cold — the detail Egyptian bathrooms are increasingly built around. Available in chrome and black.

A solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, under a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It connects to G½ wall supplies and feeds the spray through a flexible hose; the hand spray, hose and wall holder are included.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Mount it beside the toilet at hand height, with the holder within easy reach, and fit an angle valve with a filter on the supply. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Delivery & Returns

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Lutz product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Lutz or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
