The Duravit Modena Single lever bidet mixer is a single-lever bidet mixer from Duravit's Modena range (a slim body with a flat lever and a square spout). It mounts on a bidet with a single tap hole and sends an adjustable, aerated stream through a ball-joint spout. Finished in chrome.

A solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, under a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It connects with ½″ flexible hoses and includes the pop-up waste where stated.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Fit it to a bidet with one tap hole; position the spout to clear the rim. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Delivery & Returns

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
