1Where we deliver

1.1

We deliver across the Arab Republic of Egypt. The delivery date, place and charge for your order are shown clearly before you confirm your order and repeated in your Order Confirmation.

1.2

[Confirm any governorates or remote areas with extended lead times or surcharges, and list them here.]

2Delivery times & charges

Indicative timeframes and charges are below. Your exact delivery date and cost are always confirmed at checkout.

Area Indicative delivery time Charge
Greater Cairo [e.g. 2–4 working days] [EGP amount / free over threshold]
Alexandria & Delta [e.g. 3–6 working days] [EGP amount]
Upper Egypt & other governorates [e.g. 5–10 working days] [EGP amount]

Free delivery

Free delivery currently applies on orders over [EGP 10,000] across Egypt. Where a free-delivery offer applies, it is shown at checkout.

2.1

All prices on the Platform include VAT. Delivery charges and any installation charges are shown separately before you confirm your order and added to the total payable.

3Large items & access

CPL Art. 37(8)
3.1

Large items — bathtubs, shower enclosures, sanitaryware suites and air-conditioning units — require clear access. At checkout, please tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, lift restrictions or building access rules.

3.2

Where a delivery cannot be completed because the access details you gave us were incomplete or inaccurate, we may charge the cost of a second attempt. We will always tell you that cost before we redeliver.

4Delivery day: what to expect

1

We contact you

Our courier or team confirms the delivery window [the day before / on the morning of delivery].

2

Someone must be present

An adult should be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods, or to nominate someone to accept on your behalf.

3

Check and sign

Inspect the delivery with the courier where practical and note any visible damage on the delivery note before signing.

5Inspecting your delivery

5.1

Please inspect your delivery in the presence of the courier where it is practical, and record any visible damage to the packaging or product on the delivery note.

Fragile items — report within 48 hours

Ceramic, porcelain and glass items are fragile. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can pursue the carrier. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights to return or exchange faulty goods.

5.2

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you nominated, or to a person at that address who accepts delivery on your behalf.

6Late or non-delivery

CPL Art. 40(3)

Your late-delivery right

If we deliver later than the agreed date — or, where no date was agreed, fail to deliver within 30 days — you may withdraw from the contract without any expense. We refund everything you paid immediately on your notice, and we bear all return shipping and delivery costs.

6.1

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days from the date of the delay or from the date of receipt, whichever period is longer.

7Installation & Supply & Apply

CPL Art. 26
7.1

Standard delivery does not include installation, connection, removal of old fittings or disposal of packaging, unless you have purchased our Supply & Apply service or an installation service is stated on your invoice.

7.2

For Supply & Apply, we survey the site, issue a written Works Order before works begin, and warrant the works and products for at least one year. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions, section 14.

8Failed or missed deliveries

8.1

If a delivery fails because no one was available or access was not possible, we will contact you to rearrange. As noted in section 3, a second attempt caused by inaccurate access details you provided may carry a redelivery charge, which we will tell you in advance.

8.2

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly and you may choose a replacement, a delayed delivery date, or a full refund.
