The Sanipure Vega Counter-Top Wash Bowl Ø460 mm – Platinum is a countertop washbowl from Sanipure's Vega range (sharp, modern rectangular lines). It sits on top of the vanity or a stone counter like a bowl, which puts the design on display and lets you choose any counter height and material underneath. Size: Ø460 mm. Finished in platinum.

The basin is vitreous china with a hard, non-porous glaze, so it resists stains, scratches and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It has no tap hole and no overflow: pair it with a wall-mounted or high-neck mixer and a free-flow waste. The waste outlet is the standard 1¼″, so any pop-up or click-clack waste and any trap fits.

Hard mains water marks cheap ceramics; this glaze sheds limescale with ordinary bathroom cleaner and keeps its gloss for years. Set the counter so the rim lands at 85–90 cm from the floor, and choose a mixer whose spout clears the rim and reaches the bowl centre. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Sanipure product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Sanipure or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; chips or cracks caused after delivery or during installation by others; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from aggressive or abrasive cleaners; limescale where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seat hinges, buffers, seals and flush mechanisms; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Inspect the ceramic on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos. Clean with non-abrasive bathroom cleaners only.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
