The Grohe Angle Valve 1/2" Colors is an angle valve from Grohe — the small shut-off valve between the wall supply and the flexible hose of a mixer, shattaf or cistern, so any fitting can be isolated for service without turning off the whole flat. Available in hard graphite, brushed hard graphite, warm sunset, brushed warm sunset, cool sunrise, brushed cool sunrise and matt black.

Solid brass body with a quarter-turn ceramic headwork that seals without washers, under a GROHE StarLight finish — multi-layer plating that resists tarnish and scratches and wipes clean in one pass, with a cover rosette for the wall.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Fit one on every hot and cold supply; a valve with a filter protects mixer cartridges from grit in the pipework. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
