Name: Shon Bath Mixer
Brand: Lutz

Price: 5390.0 EGP
Availability: InStock

The Shon Bath Mixer is a wall-mounted bath-shower mixer with diverter from Lutz's Shon range (a flat rectangular body with a high C-arch spout and a flat lever). One lever fills the tub through the spout; pull the diverter and the same mixer feeds the hand shower or shower column above — the standard Egyptian bathtub installation. Available in chrome and black.

The solid brass body carries a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, under a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It connects to G½ wall supplies at the standard 150 mm centres with adjustable S-unions, and the bottom ½″ outlet takes the hand-shower hose.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Mount it 70–75 cm above the finished floor, centred over the tub, so the spout clears the rim and the hand shower hose hangs freely. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Lutz product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Lutz or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
