Name: Round Shower Column 2-in-1
Brand: Lutz
SKU: E62030503
Price: 6776.0 EGP
Availability: InStock

The Round Shower Column 2-in-1 is an exposed shower column from Lutz: a round head shower on a fixed riser, a hand shower on a slider, and a diverter to switch between them — the complete shower on one bar, fitted to the wall in an afternoon. It connects to your existing wall mixer, so it is the fastest way to upgrade a shower without opening the wall. Available in chrome and black.

The riser and brackets are brass and stainless steel under a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass; the head shower has silicone nozzles you rub to clear limescale, and the hand shower sits in an adjustable holder on the slide bar. The diverter in the column sends full flow to either outlet. Supplied with the connection elbow for a standard ½″ mixer outlet.

Cairo's hard water is the enemy of cheap fittings; this one is built to resist limescale and daily cleaning without losing its finish. Allow at least 2.2 m of wall height for the riser and check the water pressure: exposed columns perform best from a roof tank or booster pump above 1 bar. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Lutz product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Lutz or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
