Purity Quadro Concealed 2-Way Mixer Trim Chrome + Diverter

The Purity Quadro Concealed 2-Way Mixer Trim Black + Diverter is a shower mixer trim set from Purity's Quadro range (an angular, faceted body with a long flat lever — a sharp, architectural look). The mixing body sits inside the wall and only the plate and controls are visible, which is what gives a modern shower its clean, tiled look. A built-in diverter sends water to either the head shower or the hand shower, so one mixer runs the whole shower.

The solid brass body carries a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, finished in a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. This listing is the visible trim — plate, handles and rosettes — and fits the matching concealed body or rough-in box, which is installed at first-fix stage and sold separately.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Match the number of outlets to your layout — head shower, hand shower and bath spout each need one — and set the plate height around 100–110 cm from the finished floor. Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Egypt-wide within 2–5 business days. Installation: professional installation available for AC and concealed systems. Returns: 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Payment: cards, cash on delivery, and installments via ValU, Souhoola, Aman and InstaPay.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Purity product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
