Name: Shon Basin Mixer with Swivel Spout
Brand: Lutz
SKU: E11030530B
Price: 5051.2 EGP
Availability: InStock

The Shon Basin Mixer with Swivel Spout is a basin mixer with a swivel spout from Lutz's Shon range (a flat rectangular body with a high C-arch spout and a flat lever). One lever sets temperature and flow in a single movement, and the compact body fits any standard one-hole basin. Available in chrome and black.

Underneath the finish is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years. The surface is a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It mounts through a single hole in the basin or deck and connects with standard ½″ flexible hoses; an aerator at the spout tip gives a soft, splash-free stream and unscrews in seconds for descaling.

Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Fit it on a washbasin, furniture basin or undercounter basin with one tap hole; it also suits a vanity with a pre-drilled single hole. Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Lutz product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Lutz or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
