The Purity Rondo Concealed Basin Mixer is a wall-mounted concealed basin mixer from Purity's Rondo range (a round body with a high C-shaped swivel spout and a pin lever). The working body is buried in the wall, so only the spout and the control plate sit on the tile, freeing the whole basin deck and making cleaning around the basin effortless.

Underneath the finish is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years. The surface is a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. The concealed body is plumbed into the wall at first-fix stage; the spout and lever rosette are fitted after tiling, so get the wall position and spout projection right before the tiler starts.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Purity product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
