The Purity Quadro High-Neck Basin Mixer is a high-neck basin mixer for countertop washbowls from Purity's Quadro range (an angular, faceted body with a long flat lever — a sharp, architectural look). Its raised spout clears the rim of a sit-on washbowl, so the water lands in the centre of the bowl instead of splashing against the near wall. Finished in chrome.

Underneath the finish is a solid brass body with a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years. The surface is a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It mounts through a single hole in the basin or deck and connects with standard ½″ flexible hoses; an aerator at the spout tip gives a soft, splash-free stream and unscrews in seconds for descaling.

Cairo's hard water is the enemy of cheap fittings; this one is built to resist limescale and daily cleaning without losing its finish. Pair it with a countertop washbowl 10–15 cm high; check that the spout outlet clears the rim and lands near the bowl's centre. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Purity product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
