The Grohe Grohtherm SmartControl Thermostat Trim Set is a thermostatic shower trim set from Grohe's Grohtherm SmartControl range. The mixing body sits inside the wall and only the plate and controls are visible, which is what gives a modern shower its clean, tiled look. GROHE SmartControl buttons push to start and turn to set the volume, with the thermostat on a separate dial. Available in chrome, brushed hard graphite, warm sunset, brushed warm sunset, cool sunrise, brushed cool sunrise, phantom black and hard graphite.
The solid brass body carries a thermostatic cartridge with a separate ceramic volume control, finished in a GROHE StarLight finish — multi-layer plating that resists tarnish and scratches and wipes clean in one pass. This listing is the visible trim — plate, handles and rosettes — and fits the matching concealed body or rough-in box, which is installed at first-fix stage and sold separately. Choose the version for your body: 2 Outlets and 3 Outlets. GROHE TurboStat reacts to pressure changes in a fraction of a second, and CoolTouch keeps the outer surface from getting hot.
Cairo's hard water is the enemy of cheap fittings; this one is built to resist limescale and daily cleaning without losing its finish. Match the number of outlets to your layout — head shower, hand shower and bath spout each need one — and set the plate height around 100–110 cm from the finished floor. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.
