The Duravit Verona Thermostatic shower mixer exposed is an exposed thermostatic shower mixer from Duravit's Verona range (a slim body with a flat lever and a straight, angled spout). A thermostatic cartridge keeps the water at the temperature you dial in, even when someone opens a tap elsewhere in the flat, with a safety stop at 38 °C. Finished in chrome.

The solid brass body carries a thermostatic cartridge with a separate ceramic volume control, finished in a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It connects to G½ wall supplies at 150 mm centres with adjustable S-unions, and the bottom ½″ outlet takes the shower hose.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Mount it about 100–110 cm above the shower floor; add a slide rail or a wall-mounted holder for the hand shower. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
