The Duravit Universal built-in thermostatic mixer is a concealed thermostatic mixer from Duravit. The mixing body sits inside the wall and only the plate and controls are visible, which is what gives a modern shower its clean, tiled look. Finished in chrome.
The solid brass body carries a thermostatic cartridge with a separate ceramic volume control, finished in a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. Install the body at first fix with the supplied protection cover, pressure-test it, and fit the plate after tiling.
Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Match the number of outlets to your layout — head shower, hand shower and bath spout each need one — and set the plate height around 100–110 cm from the finished floor. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.
