The Grohe Concealed Cistern with 3-in-1 Flush Plate is GROHE's 3-in-1 installation set for a wall-hung toilet: the self-supporting frame, the concealed dual-flush cistern and the flush plate in one box, so nothing is missing on site. Plate options: Round Plate, Square Plate and Square Plate - Phantom Black.

The powder-coated steel frame fixes to the floor and the wall and carries the pan on standard 180 mm bolts; the cistern is factory-tested, with a dual-flush valve and a filling valve that works at low pressure, and the flush plate clips onto the access frame for service without opening the wall.

Install it at first fix: set the frame height so the seat lands at 40–42 cm from the finished floor, connect the supply and the 90/110 mm waste bend, pressure-test, then box in and tile. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

Warranty starts at installation when Turqwaz installs it. If you buy this system with Turqwaz Supply & Apply, the warranty period runs from the date of actual installation (up to 2 months after delivery), and the installation work itself is warranted for a minimum of 1 year.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions or was not pressure-tested before the wall was closed; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale where the product has not been maintained as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seals, cartridges and gaskets; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Have the system installed by a qualified plumber or through Turqwaz Supply & Apply, pressure-test it before the wall is closed, and keep the installation receipt with your invoice.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
