The GROHE Air flush plate (Skate Air range, 38505KF0) is a dual-flush wall plate for GROHE Rapid SL concealed cisterns, finished in matte Phantom Black. Two slim buttons give a full flush and an economy flush, so every visit uses only the water it needs.

Construction. Impact-resistant plate with a uniform matte Phantom Black surface that hides fingerprints and water marks. Plate size 156 × 197 mm.

Installation. Fits the service opening of GROHE Rapid SL frames and can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Clips onto the cistern's actuation unit with no tools and no wiring.

Features. Dual flush (full / economy) for lower water bills, a flat profile that sits almost flush with the tiles, and a finish that matches GROHE Phantom Black mixers and showers.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Egypt-wide within 2–5 business days. Installation: professional installation available for AC and concealed systems. Returns: 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Payment: cards, cash on delivery, and installments via ValU, Souhoola, Aman and InstaPay.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

Warranty starts at installation when Turqwaz installs it. If you buy this system with Turqwaz Supply & Apply, the warranty period runs from the date of actual installation (up to 2 months after delivery), and the installation work itself is warranted for a minimum of 1 year.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions or was not pressure-tested before the wall was closed; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale where the product has not been maintained as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seals, cartridges and gaskets; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Have the system installed by a qualified plumber or through Turqwaz Supply & Apply, pressure-test it before the wall is closed, and keep the installation receipt with your invoice.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
