The Grohe Concealed Body with Outlets is the concealed body with outlets from Grohe — the first-fix part that goes into the wall before tiling and carries the mixing or diverting mechanism; the visible trim set is chosen and fitted afterwards. Choosing the body first lets you decide the trim finish later, and lets the plumber finish the rough plumbing while the tiles are still being chosen. Outlet options: 1 Outlet and 2 Outlets 1/2".

A brass body in a protective housing, with G½ inlets and outlets, a protection cover for the tiling stage and a depth-adjustable mounting that tolerates different tile build-ups. Pressure-test it before the wall is closed.

Match it to the trim set you want: each GROHE trim lists the body it fits, and the number of outlets must equal the number of shower groups you plan. Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

Warranty starts at installation when Turqwaz installs it. If you buy this system with Turqwaz Supply & Apply, the warranty period runs from the date of actual installation (up to 2 months after delivery), and the installation work itself is warranted for a minimum of 1 year.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions or was not pressure-tested before the wall was closed; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale where the product has not been maintained as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seals, cartridges and gaskets; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Have the system installed by a qualified plumber or through Turqwaz Supply & Apply, pressure-test it before the wall is closed, and keep the installation receipt with your invoice.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
