The Grohe BauEdge Basin Mixer Trim Set 2-Hole is a 2-hole wall-mounted basin mixer trim set from Grohe's BauEdge range (clean, angular design from GROHE's Bau line). The working body is buried in the wall, so only the spout and the control plate sit on the tile, freeing the whole basin deck and making cleaning around the basin effortless. Finished in chrome.

Underneath the finish is a solid brass body with a GROHE SilkMove ceramic cartridge for feather-light, precise control that stays smooth for years. The surface is a GROHE StarLight finish — multi-layer plating that resists tarnish and scratches and wipes clean in one pass. This is the visible trim only — spout, lever and rosettes — and it mounts onto the matching concealed body, which is sold separately and installed inside the wall before tiling. GROHE's size system tells you how high the spout sits: S for small cloakroom basins, M for standard basins, L for taller basins and XL or Vessel for sit-on washbowls — this listing offers M-Size and M-Size (Model 20474000).

Built for Egyptian water: the working parts resist limescale and the finish stands up to daily cleaning. Choose it for a wall-hung or countertop basin where you want a clean, hotel-style deck; allow for the spout projection when you set the basin's distance from the wall. Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.

Solid brass body — Dense, corrosion-resistant casting that gives the mixer its weight, stability and long service life.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Egypt-wide within 2–5 business days. Installation: professional installation available for AC and concealed systems. Returns: 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Payment: cards, cash on delivery, and installments via ValU, Souhoola, Aman and InstaPay.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
