The Duravit DuraStyle Furniture Washbasin, Bowl Left, with Overflow & Tap Hole is a pedestal-ready washbasin from Duravit's DuraStyle range (the straight, softly rounded lines of Matteo Thun's DuraStyle). It is made to sit on a matching vanity unit, with a flat underside and a wide deck for soap and toothbrushes. The bowl is offset to one side, leaving a long shelf of ceramic on the other — handy on a double-width vanity. Size: 80 × 48 cm. Finished in white.
The basin is Duravit sanitary ceramic with a hard, non-porous glaze, so it resists stains, scratches and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It has a central tap hole for a deck-mounted basin mixer and an overflow, so the bowl can be filled safely. The waste outlet is the standard 1¼″, so any pop-up or click-clack waste and any trap fits. Pedestal and half-pedestal are listed as options on this page. A wall-mounted siphon cover is also offered as an option.
In Egyptian hard water a dense glaze is what keeps a white basin white; this one releases limescale with ordinary cleaner and never dulls. Match the basin width to the vanity; the deck covers the unit's top edge. The listed price is for the basin only. Available as separate options on this page — Pedestal · Siphon cover (wall-mounted) — so you can complete the set in one order. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.
