The Purity Square Shower Head 20cm is a square head shower from Purity — the overhead that turns a concealed mixer and a wall or ceiling arm into a rain shower. A single rain spray over the full face of the head gives soft, even coverage without the needle-sharp jets of small shower heads. Finished in black. Model code ADS27-S.

The head is brass and ABS under a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass, with silicone nozzles you rub to clear limescale and a ball joint to tilt the spray angle. It threads onto a standard ½″ shower arm.

Cairo's hard water is the enemy of cheap fittings; this one is built to resist limescale and daily cleaning without losing its finish. Large rain heads need pressure: from a roof tank, mount the head no more than 2.2 m from the floor and keep the pipe run short, or add a booster pump. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Purity product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
