The Purity Azure Easy Box is Purity's complete concealed shower kit: the concealed mixer body, the finishing plate with lever and diverter, a wall arm with head shower, a hand shower with wall outlet and holder, and a bath spout — every piece of a built-in shower in one box, in one matching finish. Finished in chrome. Model code PU15680711.

The brass body goes into the wall at first fix with its protection cover; the plate, arm, head shower, outlet and spout are fitted after tiling. Ceramic cartridge in the mixer, diverter between spout, head and hand shower, rub-clean nozzles on both showers, all under a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass.

Cairo's hard water is the enemy of cheap fittings; this one is built to resist limescale and daily cleaning without losing its finish. Because every component is matched, you avoid the usual mismatch of finishes and threads between brands; pressure-test the body before the wall is closed. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Purity product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

Warranty starts at installation when Turqwaz installs it. If you buy this system with Turqwaz Supply & Apply, the warranty period runs from the date of actual installation (up to 2 months after delivery), and the installation work itself is warranted for a minimum of 1 year.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions or was not pressure-tested before the wall was closed; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale where the product has not been maintained as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seals, cartridges and gaskets; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Have the system installed by a qualified plumber or through Turqwaz Supply & Apply, pressure-test it before the wall is closed, and keep the installation receipt with your invoice.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
