The 2-in-1 Shower Column Square Head 20×20 Chrome with Diverter is an exposed shower column from Purity: a square head shower on a fixed riser, a hand shower on a slider, and a diverter to switch between them — the complete shower on one bar, fitted to the wall in an afternoon. It connects to your existing wall mixer, so it is the fastest way to upgrade a shower without opening the wall.

The riser and brackets are brass and stainless steel under a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass; the head shower has silicone nozzles you rub to clear limescale, and the hand shower sits in an adjustable holder on the slide bar. The diverter in the column sends full flow to either outlet. Supplied with the connection elbow for a standard ½″ mixer outlet. Head shower size 20 × 20 cm.

Where Purity or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
