The Hans Handmade Kitchen Sink 77 × 48 cm Stainless with Drain is a handmade stainless-steel kitchen sink from Hans — Hans' handmade range with tight R10 corners and a deep bowl. External size 77 × 48 cm. Handmade means the bowl is folded and welded from thick sheet rather than pressed — which is what gives it straight walls, tight corners and a real depth that a pressed sink cannot reach.

Made from stainless steel, brushed to a satin finish that hides scratches and water marks. The welded seams are ground and polished so the bowl reads as one piece, and the base is pressed with a fall towards the waste. Sound-deadening pads on the underside cut the drumming of running water, and the waste outlet is the standard 3½″ (90 mm) basket strainer, included. The accessory set (rinse basket, rack and strainer as listed) sits on the bowl rim or the ledge.

Wipe it dry after use and avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach — that is the whole maintenance routine, in Egyptian hard water or any other. Check the base-unit width: a sink this size needs a cabinet at least 5 cm wider than the sink's length. This Hans product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Hans or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; scratches, staining or corrosion caused by steel wool, chlorine bleach, acidic cleaners or items left standing on the surface; damage from water quality outside the stated tolerances; normal wear of consumable parts such as strainers, seals and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Rinse and dry the sink after use, avoid steel wool and chlorine bleach, and do not leave wet cast-iron pans or citrus standing on the surface.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.
