Grohe BauEdge Single-Lever Shower Mixer 1/2" Concealed

The GROHE BauEdge single-lever concealed shower mixer ½″ (29040001) is the visible trim set for an in-wall installation: a clean, angular design with a flat lever, from GROHE's best-value Bau range. Single outlet for a head shower or hand shower. Trim set only: it mounts on the GROHE Rapido SmartBox 35600000 universal rough-in box, which is installed inside the wall at the plumbing stage and is sold separately.

Construction. Solid brass trim with the GROHE StarLight finish in Chrome, and a GROHE SilkMove ceramic cartridge for smooth, drip-free control over years of use.

Installation. ½″ connections to the GROHE Rapido SmartBox 35600000 rough-in body (not included). The trim's cover plate adjusts to the finished wall thickness, so tiling tolerances are covered. Supply & Apply installation is available from Turqwaz.

Features. Single-lever temperature and flow control with one hand, SilkMove cartridge, StarLight finish that resists scratches and tarnishing, and a slim plate that keeps the wall clean and uncluttered.

Buying from Turqwaz. Delivery to every governorate in Egypt, cash on delivery, and instalments via valU, Souhoola, Tru, mylo, halan and Aman. Optional professional fitting with our Supply & Apply service. Covered by the official GROHE warranty in Egypt.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Egypt-wide within 2–5 business days. Installation: professional installation available for AC and concealed systems. Returns: 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Payment: cards, cash on delivery, and installments via ValU, Souhoola, Aman and InstaPay.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Grohe product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Grohe or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
