Sanipure Flora Floor-Standing Toilet with Douche – White

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Sanipure product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Sanipure or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; chips or cracks caused after delivery or during installation by others; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from aggressive or abrasive cleaners; limescale where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as seat hinges, buffers, seals and flush mechanisms; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Inspect the ceramic on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos. Clean with non-abrasive bathroom cleaners only.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
