The Duravit Scala Floor mounted bath mixer is a floor-mounted bath mixer for freestanding bathtubs from Duravit's Scala range (a minimalist cylinder with a pin lever and a slim curved spout). It rises from the floor beside a freestanding tub, with the spout, lever and hand shower on one column — the installation that turns a bathtub into the centrepiece of the room. Finished in chrome.

The solid brass body carries a ceramic disc cartridge that controls flow and temperature with one smooth movement and stays drip-free for years, under a multi-layer chrome plating over polished brass that resists tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass. It needs a concealed floor body fitted at first-fix stage (check the listing's options or ask Turqwaz for the matching body) and supplies rising through the floor slab.

Egyptian mains water is hard, so the finish and the working parts are specified to shrug off limescale — a wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking new. Allow 40–50 cm between the column and the tub centre so the spout clears the rim comfortably, and specify the floor body before the screed is poured. Turqwaz delivers across Egypt, offers cash on delivery and instalments through valU, Souhoola, Aman and other providers, and can install it for you through Supply & Apply.

Delivery & Returns

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
