Name: Bath Spout with Diverter
Brand: Lutz
SKU: E11030515B
Price: 3526.6 EGP
Availability: InStock

The Bath Spout with Diverter is a wall-mounted bath spout from Lutz with a built-in diverter — the outlet that fills the tub from a concealed bath-shower mixer. Pull the diverter knob and the flow switches from the spout to the shower outlet above, so one concealed mixer serves both the bath and the shower. Available in chrome and black. Model code E11030515.

It is cast in solid brass with a durable multi-layer finish that resists scratches, tarnish and limescale and wipes clean in one pass, and screws onto a G½ wall connection with a cover rosette that hides the tile cut-out. The spout's projection carries the stream clear of the tub rim.

Position the spout 10–15 cm above the rim of the tub, centred, and seal the wall penetration before fitting the rosette. Delivered to every governorate in Egypt by Turqwaz, with cash on delivery, instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman, and professional installation available through Supply & Apply.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Egypt-wide within 2–5 business days. Installation: professional installation available for AC and concealed systems. Returns: 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Payment: cards, cash on delivery, and installments via ValU, Souhoola, Aman and InstaPay.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Lutz product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Lutz or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents or neglect; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from water pressure or water quality outside the stated tolerances; limescale build-up where the product has not been cleaned as instructed; normal wear of consumable parts such as cartridges, seals, aerators and hoses; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never acidic, chlorine or abrasive cleaners, which strip the finish. Fit angle valves with filters so debris in the supply never reaches the cartridge.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
