The Duravit XBase Vanity Unit, 1 drawer (for D-Code basin 85 cm) is a wall-hung vanity unit from Duravit's XBase furniture programme, made to carry the D-Code washbasin 85 cm: 1 full-width drawer behind a handleless front, in the width and depth that match the basin exactly. Unit size 80 × 45.8 cm. Available in natural oak, natural walnut, white high gloss and chestnut dark.

The carcass and fronts are moisture-resistant board with a sealed decor surface, the drawers run on full-extension metal runners with a cut-out around the trap, and the unit hangs on an adjustable wall rail with concealed brackets.

Fix the rail into solid wall or proper fixings, set the top edge so the basin rim lands at 85 cm, and route the trap through the drawer cut-out. The basin is sold separately. Order it from Turqwaz with delivery anywhere in Egypt, cash on delivery or instalments through valU, Souhoola and Aman — and add Supply & Apply if you want it installed by our team.

Covered for a minimum of 2 years. This Duravit product is genuine, supplied through authorised channels, and warranted against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years from the date you receive it, as required by Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Where Duravit or its authorised agent in Egypt offers a longer warranty on this item, the longer period applies automatically.

What the warranty covers: inspection and repair, original spare parts, the technician's travel, and transport to and from the service centre — at no cost to you. If the same defect recurs more than twice within the first year, you are entitled to a new replacement or a refund.

What it does not cover: damage from misuse, impact or neglect; swelling or delamination caused by standing water or steam where the unit was not installed and ventilated as instructed; installation that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions; damage from abrasive or solvent-based cleaners; normal wear of consumable parts such as drawer runners, hinges and handles; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Keep your cover valid: Install the unit level and ventilated, wipe up standing water promptly, and clean with a damp cloth — no solvents or abrasives.

Your other rights: a 14-day return or exchange in original, uninstalled condition and packaging; a 30-day exchange or refund if the product is defective or not as described; and, for fragile items, transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is handled with the carrier by Turqwaz.

To make a claim: keep your Turqwaz invoice and message us on WhatsApp +20 122 299 2694 or email info.turqwaz@gmail.com with your order number, the product code and photos. We acknowledge every claim within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
